Todays recipe is based on one I found online at A Pinch of Yum, called Shrimp Tacos with Garlic Cilantro Lime Slaw.
I wanted to show you all one more way I like to use my Cilantro Lime Shrimp- in tacos!
I simply whipped up a batch of the garlic cilantro lime slaw, fill a tortilla, top it with the chopped shrimp, then sprinkle it with crumbled cojita cheese.
Talk about fresh, light and delicious! Definitely give these tacos a try this summer.
