Thanks for stopping by the cottage today! I need to apologize to all of my regular readers- it came to my attention last week that my subscriber emails had stopped sending out back around April 20…I am so sorry! You may have missed a few posts, but I think I have the problem fixed now!
Thanks to those subscribers who let me know, I hated that you all missed some posts. Now on to today’s post:
As you all probably know by now, I recently updated the cottage with touches of blue and white. Today I have some photos of the dining room…
Have I ever mentioned how much I LOVE blue and white!? It’s always classic, and fresh and looks fabulous in here.
I’m always surprised at how just a few items can change the entire look of the room! All I did was all a few large blue and white vases to the top of my shelves and in the shelves, a pretty urn for two white orchids on the table, and a framed blue coral print for the shelf…so easy, but so pretty!
As you probably know, this space does double-duty as my home office, hence all the baskets in the lower shelves for my office supplies and materials storage.
I just love working in this space…it’s so bright and airy- and since I have to pass through here everyday AND it can be seen from our front door, I am forced to keep it neat, and put things away, which is a GOOD THING, if you ask me!!
I found the blue coral printable art on Etsy, and actually downloaded a set of 4 (the other 3 coral prints I used in our bedroom, you will have to come back next week to see those!!) Downloading and printing art from Etsy (or even better- for FREE) is a wonderful way to inexpensively change up the color/artwork in your house!
Here are a few more photos…
Thanks so much for joining me today at the cottage…wishing everyone a wonderful week!!
