Five Minute Fall Decor

|

Decorating for fall doesn’t have to be an expensive or time consuming process, in fact- I think simple is better when it comes to updating your home seasonally!  Here’s a quick and easy five minute decor idea that looks fabulous for fall…

1- Grab your favorite bowl- I love this large wood bread bowl for its patina and texture.

2- Gather a variety of baby pumpkins, gourds, decorative balls- real or faux.  (I used conch shells and starfish in my bowl since we live in coastal Florida but anything you have will work for this.)

3- Find some greenery- real or faux (I won’t tell if you cheat!!) ivy stems, eucalyptus clippings, lemon leaves…

3. Fill the bowl with assorted balls and filler on the bottom, then top the arrangement with your baby pumpkins and finally tuck in your stems of greenery so it’s spilling over the sides of your bowl.

Your bowl will look great all season and can be used as a centerpiece on a dining table, or on your coffee table, or even on an entry table…this idea works great in so many areas AND you can easily swap out the pumpkins for other seasonal items!
