Whether you are a full-service client furnishing an entire home or you just need a one-hour consultation to get moving in the right direction, working with Kristy Seibert Designs will save you time and costly mistakes. - One-Hour Design Consultation– For the client who just needs a little help or has some specific questions such as help with paint colors or home remodeling suggestions, a one-hour comprehensive design consultation may be all the help you need. *One Hour Consultations- $100.
- Custom Design Plans– After the initial on-site consultation, KSDesigns will create a comprehensive custom design plan for you based on your needs and the scope of the project. Your plan will include specific selections and recommendations for all the finishes, furniture and furnishings for your project. After reviewing the plan, you will be given a detailed order list and preferred contractor list- everything you will need to execute your project on your timeframe and budget- the custom design plan will give you that flexibility. *Custom design plans and consultations are billed at the hourly rate. (A typical room takes approximately 2 hours of design time and plan review with client- $200).
- Home Styling/Accessory Service– Perfect for the client who has all of their major furniture and wants that professional “finishing touch” or for the client who simply wants to “update and refresh” their existing home- KSDesigns will bring in new accessories, artwork, and lighting that will instantly update your rooms. The Home Styling/Accessory Service will truly give your home a high-end, professionally decorated look. *Hourly rate plus the cost of furnishings- estimate provided.
- Virtual Design Consultations– If you are not local to the Tampa Bay area, I am happy to offer virtual design services. Virtual clients will email me photos or a video of their homes and a list of specific questions, I will take a look at everything and we will schedule a time to talk over the phone, at that time, I will give you all my thoughts and ideas. The package includes a 1-hour review of your photos/questions and a 1-hour phone consultation. Clients love this service because they get answers to their specific questions and get some great ideas about how to move forward with their projects! *Virtual Design Package- $250
- “Ready, Set, Sold” Real Estate Staging Package– You only have one chance to make a first impression when selling your home, let KSDesigns help you sell your home for top dollar. The staging package includes a comprehensive
onsite consultation, a customized report with professional staging suggestions and tips for every room of your home, as well as curb appeal ideas. *Ready, Set, Sold Package- $200 includes on-site consultation plus detailed report.
