I use this simple planner to help me get organized for every party or event I plan. Sometimes I don’t need every category (so I just leave them blank) and sometimes I need extra categories (which I add to the back) but I have found this tool very handy when planning and preparing for any party (large and small) and wanted to share it with you all!
When I know of an upcoming event or party, I print out my planner, write in (in pencil) all my ideas then I continue to refine it and simplify things. When it comes time to shop for food or decor I have everything all in one place. Often, I will even print out and attach the recipes I am using to my planner as well as create a timeline for food prep and cooking. If I am using any outside vendors, I will attach their information to my planner as well. Over the years, this one simple worksheet has really helped me stay organized and simplify entertaining…
